Take M1 (aka A1 / N1) from Belfast to Dublin, via Dundalk & Drogheda |

From the M1, take the 1st Drogheda Exit AFTER the new Boyne Cable Bridge |

Follow road towards Drogheda Centre. After approximately 1 – 2km you will come to a T-Junction with the Bus Station on your left hand side. |

Go into right lane, turn RIGHT on traffic light signal |

5. |
At next set of traffic lights, turn LEFT and go over bridge |

Immediately turn RIGHT after crossing bridge (follow signs for Baltray / Docks / Tom Roe’s Point), drive along the quays (river should be on your right hand side) |

Take 2nd LEFT at Green’s Furniture Store |

Take immediate RIGHT (half way up hill - Dry Cleaner on left hand side corner, Estate Agent at right hand side corner as you take turn) |

Follow the road straight on, passing under stone arch of Viaduct and further on, go straight through junction (left turn only). The Boyne River should still be on your right hand side. |

After junction, Premier Periclase Ltd. is on your left (up slip road), private wharf on right hand, river side. |
