On leaving Dublin Airport, follow the signs for M1 Northbound (towards Belfast (Drogheda & Dundalk)) |

Drive for 25 - 30mins (from Dublin / M50) until you arrive at the Toll |

Take the 1st exit after the Toll – approximately 3 miles or so after Toll - signposted DULEEK |

Take the 2nd Exit off the small roundabout at the bottom of the Duleek Exit, going under a flyover / bridge towards a 2nd roundabout (immediately after flyover) |

Take the 2nd Exit of roundabout (i.e. head straight through this roundabout) |

Stay on this road for about 5 minutes or so |

Go under a stone railway bridge - KEEP to the speed limit as you enter the town precincts - 50 kph |

Follow the road - which veers RIGHT in a sweeping bend, then LEFT in a 90º bend (T-junction), then RIGHT in another 90º bend (at Mullen's Takeaway) and proceed DOWN the hill |

Take LEFT at traffic lights at bottom of the hill and go in to far right-hand lane |

Take RIGHT at next traffic lights - these can be very slow lights! |

Go over the bridge |

Take RIGHT and drive along the quays (river should be on your right hand side |

Take 2nd LEFT at Green’s Furniture Store |

|

Take immediate RIGHT (half way up hill - Dry Cleaner on left hand side corner, Estate Agent at right hand side corner as you take turn) |

Follow the road straight on, passing under stone arch of Viaduct and further on, go straight through junction (left turn only). The Boyne River should still be on your right hand side. |

After junction, Premier Periclase Ltd. is on your left (up slip road), private wharf on right hand, river side. |
